Yield: about 1½ cups
Ingredients
- 6 ounces fresh goat cheese
- 2/3 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1 T. chopped fresh chives
- 1 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 T. chopped fresh basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
In food processor, mix goat cheese, sour cream, olive oil and garlic. Scrape into covered bowl and fold in herbs. Cover and chill for several hours or overnight. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
